How "Real" Ice Cream is made
Believe it or not most large ice cream manufactures started producing in a small lab like Llanfaes Dairy does. When the option comes to expand, Production is moved to a factory based environment where the product then becomes mass produced.
Quality over quantity.
Our ice cream is made the traditional way, all ingredients are mixed by hand, then poured into a batch freezer where the churning process begins. Once the ice cream has reached optimum temperature it is then transferred into pans, before being hand decorated ready to serve.
