What is Semifredo?
Semifreddo is a semifrozen cream based dessert, which has the texture of frozen mousse
Semifreddo can be served straight from the freezer. Or for a lighter, fluffier texture with a more intense flavour we recommend placing them in your fridge 2-3 hours before serving. Unlike ice cream, semifreddo will keep its form after being defrosted.
